Bone Suckin’® Reverse Sear Steak Recipe

Ingredients
- Bone Suckin’ ® Steak Seasoning & Rub
- Steaks, 4, Ribeyes (the thicker the better) or your choice
- Optional: Bone Suckin’® Steak Sauce Chophouse Style
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F, season the steaks with Bone Suckin’® Steak Seasoning & Rub and then put the steaks on a foil wrapped cookie sheet and place in the oven.
- Cook to internal temp of 125 degrees F. Take them out and rest them for 15 minutes.
- While the steaks are resting, heat a cast iron skillet (or grill if using one) to as hot as you can get it. Sear the steaks for about 1 minute per side.
