Slap Ya Mama White Pepper Blend is an excellent Cajun blend for those who can't or don't want to consume black pepper. It's a little spicier than the original blend and provides a unique taste because of the use of the white pepper.  It's perfect on seafood!

These grilled lobster tails are super easy to prepare and utilizing our Slap Ya Mama White Pepper Blend Seasoning, they pack a great Cajun flavor that everyone is sure to love.

4 Lobster Tails

.75 cup butter

3 tsp granulated garlic

1.5 tsp Slap Ya Mama White Pepper Blend Cajun Seasoning


Using scissors, cut the top of the lobster shell lengthways down the center, leaving the tail fin intact.  Loosen tail meat from the shell, keeping the fin end attached.  Lift the tail meat and lay atop of the shell.  With a knife, cut tail down the middle to de-vein the tail.  Place lobster tails, meat side up, on a baking sheet and set aside.

In a small pot, combine butter, garlic, and Slap Ya Mama White Pepper Blend Seasoning.  Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the butter is melted and ingredients are combined.  Generously spoon mixture over lobster tails and let the juices run into the bottom of the baking sheet.  This helps to keep things moist while cooking.

Heat grill to medium heat, place baking sheet on grill and grill for about 10 minutes or until meat is opaque.  Serve and enjoy!!


Creole Green Beans

Fresh Green Beans sautéed with fresh garlic and Slap Ya Mama seasonings, making these Creole Green Beans the perfect side dish.

½ pound fresh green beans, trimmed & washed

1 ½ Tbsp salted butter

2 tsp Slap Ya Mama White Pepper Blend Seasoning

2 large cloves garlic, diced


Using a large skillet, heat the butter until nice and hot on a medium-high heat.

Place the green beans into the pan and toss lightly so that all green beans are covered in butter. Cook for about 1 minute then season the green beans with Slap Ya Mama White Pepper Blend Seasoning.

Cook for another 2 minutes and add seasoning again. Taste the green beans and add seasoning according to your taste.

Add garlic and cook for another 2 to 3 minute or until slightly softened.

Remove from heat, serve and enjoy.

Note: Make sure you do not cook the green beans all the way. You must cook it lightly so that it still has its crunch and maintain their national value and texture.
